Financing Options

At our office, we operate on a fee-for-service model which allows us to focus on the quality of our services as opposed to dealing with the hassle of negotiating with insurance providers. Since we are out-of-network with all insurances, there are no limitations on whom we can see.

This means you have the freedom to choose your dental healthcare provider based on the quality of services, your individual needs, and your desired patient experience, rather than simply choosing from a limited list of accepted providers.

We accept most dental and dental PPO plans. We are not an in-network provider for any insurance company.  You may still come to us as a patient. We will file your claims and accept assignment of benefits for most dental policies. The benefit to your coming here is that Dr. Battles is free of contracted insurance mandates that don't allow for the best possible treatment for you.

Patients who have Delta Dental insurance are required to pay in-full for treatment, Delta Dental will reimburse you directly.  That's Delta Dental's requirement and not ours.

If you have any questions, please call and give us your policy information so we may verify benefits and details with your insurance company. We always need to verify eligibility and benefits before your appointment.

The patient or his guarantor is responsible for the total cost of treatment. Your insurance policiy is a contract between you and your insurance company. Dr. Battles is not a party of this contract and is not in any way resposible for the reimbursement amounts paid by your insurance company.

We do not file medical claims, Medicaid, Medicare, nor worker’s compensation claims of any kind. We do not participate in any managed care networks such as HMOs and DMOs.
