What Is Fee for Service?
We are a network provider for Ameritas Dental PPO Plus. For other policies we operate on a traditional indemnity model which allows us to focus on our patients' needs. There are no limitations on whom we can see.
This means you have the freedom to choose us based on the quality of services, your individual needs, and your desired patient experiences and outcomes.

Dental Insurance
Our office is a network provider for Ameritas Dental PPO Plus. We are happy to file dental claims to your primary dental insurance company on your behalf. For most local policies we do accept assignment of benefits. Remember that your insurance policy is owned by the policy holder and is your responsibility. We are not in any way responsible for the amount of benefit. We do not participate in Medicaid, Peach State, PeachCare or Medicare. We do not file any medical claims.
Credit Cards
We accept Alphaeon, CareCredit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We also offer Affirm for credit card transactions.
